Course Overview:
The goals of this Institute and follow-up programs include the following:
1) Assisting teachers in creating an interdisciplinary academic curriculum that is based in the arts
2) Promoting academic achievement in students though the process of interdisciplinary learning
3) Implementing an Artists Fellows Program to assist with follow-up support
4) Conducting a computer-mediated discussion with teachers involved in the Summer Institute
